悬雍垂腭咽成形术后发生急性呼吸道梗阻的预防 被引量：1

摘要 目的:探讨如何有效预防悬雍垂腭咽成形术(UPPP)后急性呼吸道梗阻。方法:对26例OSAHS患者围手术期各环节进行干预,观察通过不同的围手术期干预,对两组术后发生呼吸道梗阻的影响。结果:观察组术后置管时间8～24小时,无1例发生急性呼吸道梗阻,无1例发生术后出血。对照组术后0.8～1.8小时拔管,发生急性呼吸道梗阻4例,术后出血2例,观察组效果明显优于对照组。结论:通过对OSAHS患者围手术期进行干预,可有效预防术后发生呼吸道梗阻。
