摘要
目的探讨雷公藤多甙片治疗慢性肾小球肾炎的临床疗效观察。方法选择淮安市第一人民医院2008年1月至2011年7月收治的89例慢性肾小球肾炎患者,按入院顺序随机将患者分为观察组45例和对照组44例,观察组应用雷公藤多甙片20mg/次,3次/d。对照组加用复方肾炎片每次3粒,3次/d。两组患者均连续治疗3个月后比较疗效。结果两组患者治疗后观察组总有效率为80.0%,对照组为63.6%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后尿蛋白、Scr、Ccr、BUN均较治疗前明显改善(P<0.05),但观察组改善程度明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论雷公藤多甙片治疗慢性肾小球肾炎有确切疗效,不仅能消除或减少蛋白尿、血尿,而且能改善肾功能,延缓慢性肾脏病的进展。
Objective To investigate clinical efficacy of Tripterygium wilfordii in treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis.Methods Our hospital from January 2008 to July 2011 were treated 89 cases of chronic glomerulonephritis patients,patients were randomly divided into two group of 45 patients and a control group of 44 patients in the observation group application TWP 20mg tablets/time,3 times/day.The control group received tablets every three compound nephritis,3 times/day.All patients received continuous treatment for more efficacy after 3 months.Results The two groups of patients after treatment total effective rate was 80.0%,63.6% in control group,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.After treatment,urinary protein,Scr,Ccr,BUN significantly improved compared with before treatment（P0.05）,but to improve the level of the observation group was better than the control group（P0.05）.Conclusions Tripterygium wilfordii in treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis there is a genuine effect,not only can eliminate or reduce proteinuria,hematuria,but also can improve renal function,delaying the progress of chronic kidney disease.
