乙酰肝素酶与糖尿病性肾病的相关性研究进展

摘要 糖尿病性肾病(diabetic nephropathy,DN)是糖尿病患者的重要死因,同时又是导致肾功能衰竭的一个重要疾病。早期诊断DN,有利于提高糖尿病患者的生存率、生活质量,减少国家的医疗负担。目前尚缺乏更优于尿微量白蛋白的检测指标,
