可必特联合沐舒坦氧气雾化吸入治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病的疗效及护理 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨可必特联合沐舒坦氧气雾化吸入治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)的疗效及护理。方法将48例COPD患者按随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,每组24例。2组均在综合治疗(抗感染、平喘、祛痰)的基础上,采用可必特120μg、沐舒坦15mg雾化吸入,1~2次.d-1,7d为1个疗程。治疗组在雾化治疗时给予细致周到的护理干预。对2组患者的疗效进行比较。结果治疗组总有效率为91.7%,对照组总有效率为54.2%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在雾化治疗时给予护理干预可提高临床治疗效果。
