摘要
目的：摸清粤北山区人群糖尿病的流行特点及有关因素。方法：采用分层整群抽样方法，根据ＷＨＯ规定的诊断标准，对粤北山区２７９７名２０～７４岁居住５年及以上的社区人群进行了糖尿病流行特点及有关因素研究。结果：糖尿病（ＤＭ）标化患病率为１．１８％（９５％ＣＩ为０．７８％～１．５８％），糖耐量低减（ＩＧＴ）标化患病率为１．７９％（９５％ＣＩ为１．３０％～２．２８％），瑶族人群ＤＭ及ＩＧＴ患病率分别为３．０３％、５．４８％，汉族人群ＤＭ及ＩＧＴ患病率分别为１．７３％、２．４５％；人群ＤＭ及ＩＧＴ患病率随年龄增长呈增高趋势；肥胖及高血压者ＤＭ及ＩＧＴ患病率明显高于正常人。结论：粤北山区人群ＤＭ及ＩＧＴ患病率在全国处于低水平。
Objective:To find out epidemiological characteristics and relevant factors of DM and IGT in mountain areas of North Guangdong province.Methods:According to the diagnostic criteria of DM and IGT recommended by WHO,a study on epidemiological characteristics and relevant factors of DM and IGT in mountain areas of North Guangdong province was carried out among 2 797 persons aged 20～74 years who lived in the communities over 5 years,using stratified cluster sampling method.Results:The standard prevalence rates of DM and IGT were 1 18%(95% CI:0 78~1 58) and 1 79%(95% CI:1 30~2 28),respectively.Among the population of Yao nationality,the prevalence rates of DM and IGT increased with age and were significantly higher in the obesity and hypertension than in normal persons.Conclusion:The prevalence rates of DM and IGT in the mountain areas of North Guangdong province were low in China.
