Fenton氧化法深度处理苇浆造纸废水研究 被引量:16

STUDY ON THE ADVANCED TREATMENT OF PAPERMAKING WASTEWATER BY FENTON OXIDATION PROCESS

摘要 采用Fenton氧化法对苇浆造纸厂二级生化出水进行深度处理。探讨了废水初始pH、H2O2投加量、FeSO4和PAM用量、反应温度和时间对COD和色度去除效果的影响。结果表明,当体系pH为4、H2O2投加量为10 mmol.L-1、FeSO4投加量为2.5 mmol.L-1、PAM用量为0.75 mg.L-1、反应温度为20℃和时间为40 min时,COD可降至60 mg.L-1以下,色度去除率在90%以上。 Advanced treatment of papermaking wastewater after biochemical treatment by Fenton oxidation process was studied.The effects of pH,H2O2 dosage,FeSO4 dosage and PAM dosage,reaction time and reaction temperature on removal of COD and color were discussed.The results showed that the wastewater COD reduced to less than 60 mg·L-1,and the removal ratio of color was over 90%,under the optimum condition of pH=4,H2O2 dosage was 10 mmol·L-1,FeSO4 dosage is 2.5 mmol·L-1,PAM dosage is 0.75 mg·L-1,reaction temperature was 20 ℃ and reaction time was 40 min.
