摘要
针对一起高压开关柜采用交流综自保护装置,在传动试验时出现跳合闸位置信号灯异常的现象进行了调查,发现是由于交流回路的电缆芯之间在相近电源的电缆芯线排列紧密时会产生很高的感应电势造成的。提出了采用直流综自保护装置、壁挂式电源、互锁回路电缆分开设计的3种解决方案,分析了3种方案的优缺点及性价比。对互锁回路电缆分开设计及实施后,对其进行了近一年的运行跟踪统计,没有出现异常,证明了该方案的有效性。并对二次电缆选型、设计提出了建议。
The abnormal position signal of an AC integrated automatic protection device for HV switch cabinet during site test is investigated and it is found that the high potential between wires of AC circuit cable induced by the nearby power supply cables causes the abnormality.Three countermeasures are proposed and compared:DC integrated automatic protection device,wall hanging type power supply and separated inter-lock circuit cable.The separated inter-lock circuit cable is designed and implemented,and there is no any abnormality during the operation for about one year,showing its effectiveness.Suggestions are also provided in the type selection and design of secondary cables.
