摘要
Anterior Gradient-2(AGR2)在一系列腺癌中都存在过表达,诸多证据表明,AGR2可以在胞外促进肿瘤的生长和转移。AGR2是一种分泌性蛋白而且可以在很多癌症患者的血清和尿液中检测到,因此AGR2是一个潜在的肿瘤检测分子标志物和肿瘤治疗靶标。分子生物学家陆续发现了一些AGR2潜在的结合靶标,这对阐明其致癌机制有着重大意义。本文就近年来关于AGR2的结构和功能以及将其作为肿瘤检测指标或治疗靶标的研究作一综述。
Anterior Gradient-2(AGR2)is overexpressed in a series of adenocarcinoma.Moreover,there are evidences indicating that extracellular AGR2 promotes cell growth and migration.AGR2 is a secreted protein and has been detected in patients' serum and urine.Thus,AGR2 might be a promising target for cancer diagnosis and antibodies-based therapy.Molecular biologists have found many potential AGR2 binding partners and it is important for elucidate its mechanism of function.In this review,current knowledge about the structure and function of AGR2 and its roles in tumorigenesis will be summarized.
