摘要
本文分析了泡沫塑料包装衬垫缓冲性能的基本特征,比较了几种弹性衬垫模型的缓冲性能,提出了建立泡沫塑料包装衬垫弹性模型的一些原则。还实际测试了两种国产泡沫塑料材料的静态应力应变关系,根据上述原则和实测数据建立了泡沫塑料包装衬垫的非线性弹性模型并拟合了模型参数。
In this paper,the fundamental characters of the dynamic cushioning performance of foamed plastics for packages are analysed,the dynamic cushioning performances of several kinds of elastic cushioning models are compared,some principle for construe- ring the elastic modeis of foamed plastics cushions for packages are presented.The sta- tic relation between stress and strain of two kinds of foamed plastics material made in China are measured.The nonlinear elastic models of foamed plastics cushions for pac- kages are constructed and the parameters of the models are fitted based on the mentioned principles and the experimental data.
