摘要
节能发电调度是电力工业的重要工作之一,对实现国家的节能减排目标的意义重大。从规划电网的电源结构出发并基于不同的情景,通过分析引入火电机组参与节能发电调度的调衡系数,建立了评价年度节能发电调度潜力预测方法。对广东电网"十二五"期间进行了算例分析。研究表明,该方法能够直观地评估节能发电调度的优化空间,适用于不同情景模式下的节煤潜力和效益分析。
Energy-conservation based dispatch(ECD) has become one of important works in the electric power industry as it is of signality for reaching the goal of energy saving and emission reduction in China.In a view of power supply planning structure,and with various scenes analysis as well as introducing ECD-contribution coefficients for thermal power plants,this paper proposes a forecast method for evaluating the low-carbon potential of annual ECD.A case study is carried out based on the ‘Twelve Five’ data of Guangdong Power Grid.The results show that the proposed method can demonstrate the optimization space of ECD,and is feasible for coal saving potential and benefit analysis under various dispatching patterns.
