摘要
民族问题导致的60多年内战和军人政权统治的弊端使缅甸成为东南亚国家中最大的难民输出国。由于地缘上毗邻缅甸,泰国成为缅甸难民最主要的收容国。然而,缅甸难民问题给泰国造成了巨大的压力,也影响了泰缅两国关系。从解决前景看,泰国境内的缅甸难民问题要得到根本解决,必须依赖缅甸国内政治、经济状况的改善和民族问题的解决。
The more than 60 years civil war caused by ethnic issues and the defects of military regime make Myanmar the largest refugee source country in Southeast Asia. Due to geographical proximity, Thailand becomes the largest host country of Myanmar refugees. However, the refugee issue has not only caused tremendous pressure on Thailand but also affected the Thai-Myanmar relations. The fundamental solution of Myanmar refugee issue relies on the improvement of Myanmar＇s domestic political and economic situation and the solution of its ethnic issues.
