下颌生理运动的同步肌电研究 被引量:9

摘要 目的 研究正常人在姿势位及各种下颌功能运动中 ,双侧颞肌前束 (AP)、后束 (TP)、嚼肌 (MM)、二腹肌前腹 (DA)的肌电活动大小。方法 采用JBD -I型八通道肌电仪及双极表面电极同步记录 6 0名正常人上述诸肌的肌电活动。结果 在下颌各种功能运动中 ,除侧方运动时双侧TA、TP与姿势位时的肌电活动大小无显著差异外 ,其余各肌均有明显大于姿势位时的肌电活动。TA在闭口运动中 ,TP在姿势位及后退、吞咽、同侧运动中 ,MM在咀嚼、最大紧咬时 ,DA在张口运动中 ,表现为肌电活动较大或最大。结论 下颌的任一运动各肌均有参与 ,其中有的起主导作用 ,有的则起调节作用 ,TA是重要的升颌肌 ,TP是维持姿势位稳定及吞咽、后退、侧方运动的主要肌肉 ,MM是产生牙合力的主要肌肉 。 Objective To quantitatively investigate the electromyographic (EMG) activities of anterior temporolis (TA) ,posterior temporolis (TP),masseter muscle (MM),anterior diagastric (DA) at postural position and during various mandibular movements in normal subjects.Methods Using JDB-I eight-channel electromyograph with surface electrode to sychronously record the EMG activities of the above muscles.Results During various movements there was significantly more actitity in each muscle than that in postural position except for the contralateral TA,TP during lateral movement.The activity of TA was marked during mouth closing,TP showed the highest activity in postural position and had marked EMG activity during mandibular retraction,water swallowing and ipsilateral movement,MM had marked activity during gum chewing and intercuspal clenching,and the activity of DA was marked during mouth opening.Conclusion The result indicated that all muscles participate in any given mandibular movement and ,among these muscles,some are dominative and others exerteffect of modulation.TA is an important elevator,while TP is the main muscle in maintaining stabilization of postural position,and MM is mainly the muscle that produce bite force.DA contracts to finish mouth opening and to stabilize and regulate other movements.
