摘要
本文用拟模态综合法分析计算复杂转子系统的不平衡响应;以系统的不平衡响应和支承动载荷为目标函数,对支承阻尼进行了优化设计。通过对一双转子系统的分析计算,说明本文所提出的理论、方法对于旋转机械的动力特性设计和改进是有价值的。
In this paper, the quasi-component mode synthesis method is used tocalculate the unbalance response of complex rotor-support systems. The dampersare optimized to minimum unbalance response and dynamic load of thesupports. According to computation and test, the concept of optimal dampingis presented. The optimal design can be done on a PC computer by programDOPTIM. By analysing a dual rotor system, it is shown that the theory,method and program developed in this paper are valuable for the design ofrotating machineries.
