摘要
为避免试油过程中产生的落地油、油砂、油水混合液和洗井液等对环境造成的污染,新疆油田公司试油公司研制出绿色环保试油技术,包括抽汲防井口泄油液、油管刮油、油管泄油、试井防喷、快速防喷、压裂放喷液回收等试油技术,在施工全过程中采取了预防污染的措施,将生产技术、生产过程、和环境保护等有机结合起来,实现最小的环境影响、最优化的经济效益和社会效益。
To avoid the environment pollution caused by floor oil,oil sands,oil-water mixture and flushing fluid which are produced during oil testing process,Oil Testing Company of Xinjiang Oilfield developed green and environmentally friendly oil testing technology,including swabbing wellhead oil spill prevention liquid,oil pipeline scraping,oil pipeline draining,well testing blowout prevention,fast blowout prevention and fracturing blowout prevention fluid recovery.They took measures to prevent pollution in the construction process,and combined production technology,production process and environmental protection to achieve minimal environmental impact and optimal economic and social benefits.
