摘要
采用湿法纺丝制备一种新型吸附材料,即水解聚丙烯腈/羟基磷灰石复合纤维,研究不同凝固浴成分比例、凝固浴温度、凝固浴碱浓度、卷绕牵伸比和二浴水解时间等条件下,该复合纤维对镉离子吸附性能的影响;采用红外光谱、扫描电镜对该复合纤维进行表征。研究结果表明:当聚丙烯腈与羟基磷灰石质量比为7∶3时,水解聚丙烯腈/羟基磷灰石复合纤维对镉离子具有良好的吸附能力,吸附量可达110 mg/g左右。
A novel adsorption material of hydrolyzed polyacrylonitrile/hydroxyapatite composite fiber was prepared via wet spinning.The effects of coagulation bath composition,coagulation temperature,NaOH concentration in coagulation bath,rolling draw ratio and hydrolysis time in second coagulation bath on adsorption property of composite fibers were studied.The composite fiber was characterized using FTIR and SEM.When the hydrolyzed polyacrylonitrile/hydroxyapatite composite fibers with PAN/HAp mass ratio of 7∶3,it can be concluded that hydrolyzed polyacrylonitrile/hydroxyapatite composite fiber of good adsorption ability can be obtained.The composite fiber with adsorption amount of 110 mg/g could be achieved.
