摘要
原料选择可自然降解的红麻,浸浆浆料选取工程中常见的PVA、水泥、淀粉、沥青。在试验方案设计中,从机织物参数中影响织物性能最大的参数入手,采用正交试验法,综合织物规格参数对织物力学性能的影响,确定设计中最优的规格参数组合。测试不同浆料的红麻浸浆土工织物的拉伸断裂强力,分析和讨论试验结果,研究织物结构参数和浆料类型对织物力学性能的影响。
The kenaf material was selected as a raw material of the geo-textile.PVA,cement,starch and asphalt had been chosen to be sizing agent.In terms of effects of experiment,the most important and optimum parameters of the woven fabric structure were decided.Meanwhile,the breaking strengths of different kenaf-immersion geo-textiles,treated with different sizing agents,were measured.The experiment results have been also analysed and discussed accordingly.
