摘要
选用Shinchem SD8070有机硅弹性体抗起毛起球整理剂,对纳米抗菌双罗纹针织物进行抗起毛起球整理.研究整理温度、整理剂用量(o.w.f)、整理时间3个因子对整理效果的影响,并根据正交试验得出较优工艺参数:整理温度为40℃、整理剂用量(o.w.f)为4%、整理时间为20 min.经该工艺整理,可提高纳米抗菌双罗纹针织物抗起毛起球性能和织物柔软性.
An organic silicon anti-fuzzing and pilling finishing agent named Shinchem SD8070 is selected to treat the nano-anti-bacteria interlock knitted fabric. Influence parameters such as the temperature, the dosage of finishing agent (o. w. f) , and the time during treatment on finishing effect are discussed. The orthogonal experimental results show that the optimum technical parameters of the temperature, the dosage of finishing agent (o. w. f) and the time of the treatment are 40℃, 4% and 20 rain respectively. It will improve the anti-fuzzing and pilling as well as the softness of the fabric with optimum technical parameters.
