摘要
研究环保油HJ-1在全钢载重子午线轮胎中的应用。结果表明:采用环保油HJ-1替代进口环保油,测试胶料的各项性能良好;在胎侧胶和胎面冠部胶配方中使用环保油HJ-1,硫化胶物理性能符合技术要求;相应成品轮胎耐久性能和速度性能满足国家标准要求,生产成本大幅降低。
The application of environment-friendly oil HJ-1 in truck and bus radial tire was studied.The results showed that,using HJ-1 instead of imported environment-friendly oil,the properties of compound were good.Using HJ-1 in sidewall and crown compound,the physical properties of vulcanizate met the technical requirements.The endurance and speed performance of finished tire met the requirements in national standard,and the production cost was decreased observably.
