摘要
通过对《内经》、《针灸甲乙经》等医籍进行考证 ,提出 :留针的意义有三——保持并加强针灸的持续作用 ,留针以行补泻 ,留针以催气、候气 ;留针的依据有五——应天时季节 ,应考虑患者体质 ,因经而异 ,根据所刺腧穴 ,根据病情 ;留针有禁忌 ;
According to study on TCM medical literature,Internal Classic of Medicine and A B Classic of Acupuncture and Moxibustion,the author pointed out that there were three importances of retaining needle:keeping and enhencing the continuous effect of acupuncture,achieving the goal of tonification and elimination,promoting Qi and waiting for arrival of Qi There were five basises of retaining needle:adaping to natural environment,thinking of patient's constitution,giving treatment in accordance with different channel,acupoint and condition of disease Meanwhile,the author remained us to pay attention to the contraindication and development of retaining needle
