摘要
简单介绍了六西格玛管理的起源、发展及内涵,分析了电网企业精益化管理的现状,指出导入六西格玛管理的必要性,从六西格玛管理在服务业得到成功应用、电网企业已有实践案例等5个方面,重点阐述了六西格玛管理在电网企业的可行性。
This paper introduces the origin,development and connotation of Six Sigma management,analyzes the current situation of lean management in power grid enterprises and points out the necessity of introducing Six Sigma management.In addition,it focuses on its feasibility in grid enterprises in terms of its successful application in service sector,practical cases in grid enterprises etc.
