摘要
目前,商务智能已成为提升企业核心竞争力的又一关键技术。为了提升人力资源管理和决策信息化水平,国家电网公司人力资源辅助决策模块以商务智能为核心技术,构建了人力资源辅助决策分析数据仓库,实现了指标监控、报表查询、业务专题分析和高级分析等功能及各自的分析主题,完成了便捷、统一、标准化的人力资源数据查询分析平台建设工作。人力资源辅助决策模块已成功上线,目前在稳定运行中。该模块的建设及应用对规范人资业务数据管理,提高人资决策和监管水平具有重大意义。
At present, business intelligence has become one of the key technologies to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises. To improve the informationization level of human resources management and decision-making, the human resources assistant decision module of state grid constructs the corresponding dala warehouse through business intelligence technology, which realizes several functionalities such as indicators monitoring, report query, business theme analysis and advanced analysis and builds a convenient, consistent and standardized human resources data search and analysis platform. The system has been put into operation with a stable status. Construction and Application of the system has a good benefit for data nmnagement standardisation and promotion of decision-making ability.
