摘要
目的探讨影响冷却水中嗜肺军团菌生长的环境因素。方法按标准方法调查冷却塔周围环境因素、检测冷却水中理化和微生物指标,运用二分类logistic回归法进行分析。结果 2008年和2009年冷却塔池水中军团菌检出率均高达76%,2年均检出军团菌的冷却塔占78.9%;公共场所淋浴水、水箱水及自来水中军团菌检出率分别为46.5%、73.7%和69.0%。军团菌的生长与季节温度和集中空调使用年限有关(P=0.043),另外冷却水的混浊度亦对军团菌的生长产生一定影响。结论该地区公共场所冷却水等水体中军团菌污染严重;主要影响因素包括季节温度、空调使用年限及浊度等。
Objectives To explore the effect of environmental factors on the growth of Legionella Pneumophila （LP） in cooling water. Methods The environmental factors surrounding cooling tower and the physicochemical and microbiological indicators in cooling water were detected, and the results were analyzed by binary logistic regression analysis. Results The positive rates of LP in cooling water were reached up to 76% in 2008 and 2009. The positive rates of LP in water for shower bath, in water blocks and in drinking water were 46.5% , 73.7% and 69.0% , respectively. The growth of LP was associated with the seasonal temperature, the service life of central airconditioning （ P = 0. 043 ） , and the turbidity of cooling water （ P = 0. 088 ）. Conclusions LP pollution was serious in cooling water in the detected area. The main influencing factors were seasonal temperature, the service of central air-conditioning and the turbidity of cooling water.
