摘要
生产制造执行系统(MES)是近年来在国际上迅速发展,面向生产管理技术与实时信息系统新理念,它体现了既重视计划又重视执行的管理思想,既可向上传输现场信息又可向下承接管理信息,使整个信息系统集成为一个整体。结合企业生产执行系统生产部分的实施过程,来讲述MES系统的实施对提升企业精细化管理的重要意义。
MES is developing rapidly in the international these years and it is a new concept about production management skills and timely information system.The manage thought of it is not only pay attention to planning but also implementing,not only can pass site information upward but also manage information downward.The information system can be integration.This article combines the company production implementing system production parts＇ implementing process to talk about the significance of carrying out MES to improve the lean management in an enterprise.
