摘要
排山楼金矿用充填法处理露天边坡之下的大型采空区,需在空区顶部从地表打充填井。由于采空区的高度大,而且处于亚稳定状态,充填井的安全施工技术成为实施充填方案的关键技术。研究选用VCR法深孔爆破技术开掘充填井,爆破参数根据利文斯顿原理及漏斗试验确定。经实践验证,VCR法在爆破地表充填井上取得了良好的效果,成功地开掘了直径约5m、深度约70m的充填井。文中结合VCR法施工过程中存在的堵孔问题进行分析,提出了应对和避免堵孔的方法。
Backfilling method is applied to resolve a large-scale gob under open-pit slope in Paishanlou Gold Mine,which needs us to excavate packed wells from the earth surface to the roof of the gob.However,because of the considerable height and low stability of gobs,safe construction of packed well becomes a key skill to implement filling schemes.Deep-hole blasting technique with VCR method is applied in packed wells,whose values of blasting parameters are set according to Livingston principles and the tests of blasting cone.The practice shows that excellent effects have been obtained in the blasting of surface packed wells with VCR method.A packed well with 4 m radius and 70 m depth has been triumphantly formed.Finally,some methods are presented for solving jammed problems of blast holes.
