摘要
目的:观察切开复位解剖钛钢板内固定治疗跟骨关节内骨折的临床疗效。方法:回顾总结我科收治的跟骨关节内骨折患者60例,随机分为对照组和实验组,每组30例。实验组采用切开复位解剖钛钢板内固定治疗,对照组则仅采用切开复位治疗,随访8～12个月,观察比较两组患者的临床疗效、骨愈合时间。结果:实验组临床优良率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);实验组骨愈合时间明显比对照组缩短(P<0.05)。结论:切开复位解剖钛钢板内固定治疗跟骨关节内骨折可明显增强治疗效果,减少术后并发症,缩短骨折愈合时间,促进患者早日康复,值得临床推广。
Objective：To observe clinical result efficacy of the anatomical open reduction and titanium plate fixation in treating intra-articular calcaneal fracture.Methods：60 patients with intra-articular calcaneal fractures were treated,randomly divided into control and experimental groups of 30 cases.Experimental group were treated with open reduction and anatomic titanium plate fixation;in the control group only treated with open reduction treatment,follow-up of 8 to 12 months.Results：The experimental group was significantly higher rates of clinical quality（P0.05）;experimental bone healing time was significantly shorter（P0.05）.Conclusion：The anatomic open reduction and titanium plate fixation can significantly enhance the therapeutic effect
