摘要
人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)感染者合并多种外科疾病需要手术治疗,由于艾滋病患者有不同程度的免疫功能损害,手术并发症多、病死率高、手术风险大。因此做好围术期治疗对预防术后并发症有重要意义。
HIV-infected patients with multiple surgical diseases may require operation treatment.As AIDS patients have varying degrees of immune dysfunction,they may have more surgical complications,higher mortality and greater surgical risk compared with HIV-uninfected patients.Therefore,suitable perioperative treatment plays a significant role in preventing postoperative complications.
