摘要
在流入地幼儿园接受学前教育的外来务工子女,在受关注程度、参与教学过程、接受教师评价等方面普遍面临着不公平的问题。为改善这一状况,实现教育过程公平,幼儿园应建立公平的教育管理体制,营造公平的教育环境与氛围,探索公平的教育方法与策略。
Exotic laborers' children are faced with the unfair problems in the kindergarten. They often have not been noticed by the teachers and have little chance to participate in the class activities. The teacher could not evaluate them correctly at the same time. In order to realize the education equity, the kindergarten should establish fair management system, build fair environment, and take fair education methods.
