摘要
1名在校硕士生和3名新手教师合作研究的过程,展现了研究生和教师从疏离到融合的发展之路。从知识论的角度看,当专业知识对新手教师的适宜性低、可接受性差、时效性不足时,新手教师对研究生的认同度较低,关系疏远。反之,则高。运用专业权威内涵的"能力和德行"要素作进一步分析和讨论,可以确定提高新手教师的教学能力、充实新手教师的专业知识是年轻专家与新手教师合作的第一要义。
This thesis presented the cooperation process between a young professional and some fresh teachers. It's found that the teachers have a lower recognition on post-graduates when the teachers' adaptability and acceptance are poor, and vice versa. Improving teaching capabilities and enriching professional knowledge have great significance for further cooperation between them.
