摘要
[目的]观察人工肛袋对大便失禁病人肛周皮肤损伤的防治效果。[方法]将50例病人随机分为实验组和对照组。实验组使用人工肛袋,给予精心的护理,对照组行常规护理,观察两组肛周皮肤及骶尾部压疮情况。[结果]实验组肛周皮肤完整优于对照组,骶尾部压疮少于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]人工肛袋用于大便失禁病人,操作方法简便,可减少大便护理工作时间、减轻大便对皮肤的刺激、减少压疮的发生。
Objective：To observe the effect of prevention and cure of artificial anal bag for perianal skin lesions in copracrasia patients. Methods. A total of 50 patients were randomly divided into control group and experimental group. The experimental group patients used the artificial anal bag and accepted careful nursing,while the control group was given routine nursing. Then the changes of perianal skin and the sacrococcygeal pressure sore of the two groups were observed. Results. The perianal skin integrity of experimental group patients was obviously better than that of control group. And the incidence rate of the sacrococcygeal pressure sore was lower than that of the control group （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion：The use of artificial anal bag for the patients with copracrasia can simplify the way of operation, decrease the bowel care time, and reduce the stool skin irritation and incidence of the sacroeoccygeal pressure sore
