摘要
目的:报告眼眶T细胞淋巴瘤5例并文献复习。方法:临床分析与复习相关文献。结果:眼眶淋巴瘤中T细胞淋巴瘤占6.8%,主要临床表现患病眼眶局部肿块、眼球突出、视力下降等。易误诊为眼眶蜂窝组织炎或炎性假瘤或泪囊炎,需组织病理诊断和免疫表型分析。主要治疗措施为化疗与放疗。结论:眼眶T细胞淋巴瘤少见,易误诊,组织病理是诊断主要依据。治疗以化疗和放疗为主。
