磁共振灌注成像在女性盆腔中的应用

摘要 磁共振灌注成像(MR perfusion weighted imaging,MR-PWI)是通过对水分子微量运动特殊敏感的成像序列或对比剂在组织中的早期分布特点来了解组织血管化程度、局部正常或异常组织的血流灌注情况、毛细血管通透性等生理信息,从而评价局部组织的活力与功能。
