摘要
目的通过对急性心肌梗死先兆症状的调查分析,掌握心梗先兆的发病规律,以达到早期预防的目的。方法对门诊和住院的心肌梗死患者先兆症状进行回顾性调查,采取问卷、面谈和查阅病历的方式。结果急性心肌梗死的发病都有一定的先兆症状和患者强弱而复杂的心理反应特点。结论在医务队伍中广泛普及心肌梗死诊断治疗知识,并在社区群众中做好心肌梗死预防知识的健康教育和宣传,做到人人懂得心血管疾病方面的基础知识和预防方法;护理人员应根据患者发病时的心理反应程度,给予有效的干预,以稳定患者的情绪,利于治疗心肌梗死。
Objective To analyse the premonitory symptoms of acute myocardial infarction and master the law of pathogenesis in order to achieve the purpose of early prevention.Methods The clinical data of premonitory symptoms of outpatients and inpatients with AMI were retrospectively reviewed through questionnaire,interview and consulting medical record.Results The attack of acute myocardial infarction has certain premonitory symptoms and complex psychoreaction.Conclusion To strengthen the diagnosis and treatment knowledge of AMI in the medical team and propagandize the preventive knowledge of AMI in community in order to help everyone understand the basic knowledge and preventive methods of cardiovascular disease.According to the psychoreaction of attack,nursing staff should take effective interventions in order to keep patients calm in mood and improve the curative effects of AMI.
