摘要
为解决百里香嫩枝扦插育苗的关键技术,采用不同生根剂浓度、不同扦插基质、不同扦插时间对百里香嫩枝扦插育苗技术开展研究。结果表明:随着生根试剂IBA浓度的提高,扦插生根率和成团率均呈现有规律的变化。以50 mg/L IBA为最佳生根激素处理;扦插基质配比以草炭∶蛭石∶珍珠岩=1∶1∶2为最适;5—7月为百里香最佳的嫩枝扦插时期。
The key technology of twig cuttage of Thymus mongolicus Ronn.had been studied from IBA concentration,cuttage substrate and cuttage time.The results showed that both root growth rate and clustering rate had showed a regular change with increase of IBA concentration.The treatment of 50 mg/L IBA was the best rooting agent for root growth,the best twig cuttage substrate was peat moss∶vermiculite∶perlite=2∶1∶1,and the best cuttage date was from May to July.
