本文通过实例剖析医患纠纷的特性、产生的原因及化解医患纠纷争议的方法,进一步探讨医患沟通的重要作用,阐述医患沟通在成功化解医患纠纷争议和医院平安生存中的重大意义。
In this paper, examples of analysis of the characteristics of patient disputes, causes and ways to resolve medical disputes controversial, and further explore the important role of the physician - patient communication, describes a successful doctor - patient communication to resolve disputes, controversies and hospital patient survival in the significance of peace.
