摘要
目的探讨瘤段切除+新轴心式人工膝关节置换在股骨远端骨巨细胞瘤保肢治疗中的临床效果。方法 20例股骨远端骨巨细胞瘤,采用骨肿瘤瘤段广泛切除、新轴心式人工膝关节假体置换重建。结果随访12～62个月,20例患者术后根据Enneking评分标准评定疗效,优15例,良3例,差2例,优良率90.0%。20例患者均无复发或远处转移。结论瘤段切除+新轴心式人工膝关节置换是在股骨远端骨巨细胞瘤保肢治疗中的有效方法,能减少复发和转移及提高临床治疗效果。
Objective To explore clinical effect of tumor section removal and artificial knee system replacement to limb salvage surgery on giant cell tumor located in distal femur. Methods A total of 20 patients with giant cell tumor of distal femur were treated with the tumor section removal and new axial artificial knee system replacement. Results 20 cases were followed up for 12 - 62 months. The results were evaluated by the enneking evaluating system as follows：excellent in 15 patients, good in 3, fair in 2. Extremity excellent and good rate was 90. 0%. There was no recurrence or distant metastasis in all patients. Conculsion Tumor section removal and new axial artificial knee system replacement was one of the effective methods of limb salvage procedures for treatment of giant cell tumor located in distal femur,with low recurrence or metastasis rate and with high functional recovery of limbs.
