摘要
医院精细化管理既是近年来管理科学理论方面进展的新突破,又是我国医院管理由粗放管理模式向精细化管理模式转变的必由之路。本文就医院精细化的背景、内涵、现实意义等基本理论进行了深入地探讨和剖析,并在医院精细化管理实践应用方面提出了一些新的见解。
Refined hospital management is a breakthrough in theoretical management science in recent years.And it is also the only way from extensive management to refined management for Chinese hospital management.This paper had explored and analyzed basic theories,such as the background,connotation,and practical significance of refined hospital management.Finally,it raised some original ideas concerning the practical application of refined hospital management.
