摘要
目的探讨鼻内镜下脑脊液鼻漏修补术的护理方法和体会。方法选择本院开展的鼻内镜下脑脊液鼻漏修补术15例进行分析。结果 15名行鼻内镜下脑脊液鼻漏修补术的患者均一次修补成功,术后未发生并发症。结论积极的心理疏导、严密的观察和行之有效的护理措施对手术的成功有着重要意义。
Objective To study the nursing methods and experience of nasal endoscopy surgery to cure cerebrospinal rhinorrhea.Methods The 15 cases of patients with cerebrospinal rhinorrhea underwent the nasal endoscopy surgery,and their data were analyzed.Results The 15 cases with cerebrospinal rhinorrhea successfully underwent surgery only once,and no complications occurred after operation.Conclusion Positive psychological counseling,careful observation and effective nursing measures are very important for the surgery success.
