摘要
针对传统的诊断方法模型难以精确建立的问题,设计了一种基于物联网和数据融合的空调故障诊断系统。首先提出了空调故障诊断系统的体系结构,对系统涉及的关键技术进行了介绍;然后给出了系统所采用的数据分析和综合诊断方法,并给出了系统的应用实例。该空调故障诊断系统可对空调设备的运行状态进行监控,通过对系统数据库中的数据分析、判断,采取相应的合理决策,实现对建筑用电设备物联网中的空调设备进行故障诊断的目的。
To solve the problem that the models of the traditional fault diagnosis methods are difficult to establish precisely,this paper designed an air-conditioning fault diagnosis system based on Internet of things and data fusion.In this paper,firstly,proposed the architecture of the air-conditioning fault diagnosis system,and also introduced some key technologies of implementation.Then,presented some data analysis methods and some comprehensive diagnosis methods used in this system.Finally,also gave several applications of this system.The fault diagnosis system could monitor the operation status of the air-conditioning equipments.It also provided analysis and judgment of the data in the database,and took appropriate decisions to achieve the fault diagnosis purposes of the air-conditioning equipments in the Internet of things.
