摘要
用沉淀聚合法来获得高分子量的聚丙烯腈(PAN)。实验发现,过高的分子量对后续的纺丝工艺很不利。研究了丙烯腈(AN)-丙烯酸甲酯(MA)-衣康酸(IA)三元共聚合体系,以偶氮二异丁腈(AIBN)为引发剂,在二甲基亚砜(DMSO)和水(H2O)、乙醇(C2H5OH)和正丁醇(C4H9OH)的混合溶剂中合成PAN。采用C2H5OH和C4H9OH作为添加溶剂对分子量进行控制和调节,得到了较好分子量的聚合物。
PAN is a way to make ultra-fine high strength and high modulus carbon fiber.A high molecular weight PAN was synthesized by precipitation polymerization for spinning.It was found that,excessive high molecular weight was not conductive to following spinning process;therefore it was very necessity to regulate the high molecular weight of PAN.However,there was little literature on the regulating of the high molecular weight.Free-radical copolymerization of AN with MA-IA initiated by AIBN as an initiator were investigated in mixed solvent of DMSO,H2O,C2H5OH and C4H9OH.The results showed that C2H5OH and C4H9OH ware suitable for controlling and regulating the molecular weight of PAN as additives and the molecular weight of PAN produced in this way was moderate for spinning.
