摘要
通过对联合战斗下防空体系作战能力组成各要素的分析,建立了联合战斗防空体系作战能力评估指标体系,提出了防空体系作战能力的模糊综合评判方法,提高了防空体系作战能力评估的客观性、有效性和可操作性。
A perfectly combat effectiveness assessment index system for air defense system is established by analyzing the composition of modern air defense system for joint fight,propose that the combat effectiveness assessment of air defense system using fuzzy synthetic evaluation for joint fight.The combat effectiveness assessment of air defense system is improved using evaluation for joint fight objectivity,validity and effectiveness that ability assesses.
