摘要
目的探讨血清中游离脂肪酸(FFA)水平与糖尿病肾病(DN)的关系。方法将120例2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者分为合并DN组66例,单纯糖尿病(单纯DM)组54例;均检测其空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2h PG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、24 h尿微量白蛋白(MAU)和FFA水平,分析FFA与各检测指标的相关性。结果 DN组和单纯DM组FFA均升高,且DN组升高显著高于单纯DM组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 DN患者治疗前后的FFA与FPG、HbA1c、TG、24h MAU等指标变化有关。FFA升高可促进DN的发生、发展。
[Objective]To study the relationship between serum free fatty acid（FFA） level and diabetic nephropathy（DN）. [Methods]120 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus（T2DM） were divided into the DN group（66 cases） and DM group（54 cases）.The levels of fasting plasma glucose（FPG）,2-hour postprandial blood glucose（2h PG）,glycosylated hemoglobin（HbA1c）,total cholesterol（TC）,triglyceride（TG）,low density lipoprotein cholesterol（LDL-C）,high density lipoprotein cholesterol（HDL-C）,24h urinary albumin（24h MAU） and FFA were tested,and the relationship between these indexes and FFA level were analyzed. [Results]The FFA level in DN group and DM group increased,and the increasing range of DN group was significantly higher than that of DM group（P0.01）. [Conclusion]The FFA level before and after treatment is related to changes of FPG,HbA1c,TG and 24h MAU.The increasing FFA level may promote the occurrence and development of DN.
