摘要
长期以来,教育经费供给不足一直制约着我国教育的进一步规模扩张和质量提高。在4%的政策目标即将达成之际,分析教育经费供求问题的前景具有新的现实意义。本文回顾了我国教育经费充足性问题的历史,并对未来发展进行了展望。
For a long time, the inadequate supply of education funding has constrained Chinese education system for further development and improvement. With 4% of the policy objective to be reached, analyzing the prospects for demand and supply of education funding has practical significance. This paper reviews the history about the adequacy of education funding issues and makes the prospect for further development.
