摘要
面部是多条经脉所过之处,针刺远端穴位用于治疗面部疾患并可取得疗效,是以经络理论指导临床实践的具体体现。“面口合谷收”已成为每位针灸医生最熟知的取穴治疗经验了。
Thirty three patients and nine volunteers were observed. 18 out of 33 pa- tients felt PSC and Qi reaching to face induced by needled points, The QiRA rate was 80% in patients with face diseases, During acupuncture “Hcgu” (LI 4) points, most of the patients felt PSC re- aching to their faces and sensed heat in face, The infrared thermal image demo- stated that the temperature of face skin increase and the hyperthermal areas co- incided basically with the pathway of “Yangming” channels. Those effects were more than the effects of the other objects who didn’t feel PSC or sensed Qi reaching to face induced by needled “Hegu” (LI 4) or “Daling” (P 7) Points, The difference between the two groups was statistical significant. The tcmpere- ture rising responses induced by needled points were not the results of natural fluctuatsono The above results indicate that the PSC and QiRA is objective cxisteace.
