摘要
法律援助制度是维护农民合法权益的重要途径,是建设和谐新农村的司法保障。然而,当前农村法律援助工作还存在着一些问题,因此深入分析农村法律援助制度运行中存在的难点,并进而采取切实可行的措施来解决这些问题不仅是建设和谐新农村的内在要求,还有利于促进社会公正、维护社会和谐稳定。
Legal aid system is important both to safeguard the legitimate farmers＇ rights and interests and to build a harmonious new countryside. However, there are still some problems in the current legal aid work in rural areas, so analysis of the operation difficulties, and adoption of practical measures to solve these problems are inherent requirements to not only construct a harmonious new countryside, but also promote social justice and maintaining social harmony and stability.
