摘要
介绍了一种便携式逆变交流方波氩弧焊机的设计方案。这种焊机既能用于AC/DC氩弧焊(TIG),又可用于直流焊条电弧焊(MMA),是一种多功能焊机。着重阐述了焊机的主要电路及其工作原理,包括输入和EMI滤波电路、一次逆变主电路、PWM脉宽调制电路和驱动电路、过电压保护和上电缓冲电路、交直流输出控制电路以及高频控制电路。介绍了焊机抗电磁干扰的一些方法。试验结果表明:这些电路和方法能够降低焊机成本,提高工作可靠性。
A circuit design programme for a portable multi-function inverter TIG welder is introduced in this paper.This welding machine can not only use in AC/DC TIG welding,but also use in MMA welding.It is a multi-function arc welder.The working principles of main circuits are introduced in detail,including input circuit,EMI Filter circuit,primary inverter main circuit,Pulse Width Modulation(PWM)circuit,the driving circuit of MOSFET,overvoltage protection circuit,Input buffer circuit,AC/DC output control circuit and High Frequency(HF)control circuit.The methods to improve the reliability of the inverter welder are put forward in this paper.The experiment results show that the design programme and circuits can improve the reliability,reduce the cost and weight of the welder.The circuits and methods are of great worth in developing an new and similar TIG inverter welder.
