摘要
采用预曝气—水解酸化-硝化反硝化工艺处理明胶生产废水,水解工艺对进水悬浮物去除效果和有机氮的氨化作用明显,硝化反硝化可将水解产生的NH3—N全部转化。实际运行结果表明,在进水COD为2500mg/L、氨氮为200mg/L的情况下,系统出水COD<60mg/L,氨氮<10mg/L,达到了《污水综合排放标准》(GB 8978-1996)的一级标准。
Gelatine wastewater treatment using pre-aeration/hydrolytic acidification/nitrification and denitrification was used to treat wastewater from gelatin production. The result shows that better removal effect of COD and nitrogen can be attained when the influent COD≥2500mg/L and NIL-N D≥ 200mg/L, the effluent COD is less than 100 mg/L in the system, and the effluent quality achieves the first class criteria specified in the IntegratedW astewaterD ischa rge Standard (GB 8978-1996).
