职业指导工作是职业院校工作的重要组成部分。要从工作定位,了解学生对职业和择业的认识,有针对性的开展相应教育,建立并完善职业指导工作体系等多方面加强职业指导,以为学生尽快融入社会打好扎实基础。
Occupation instruction work is an important part of the occupation college. To understand the occupation and career awareness of the students from the work location, the corresponding education is carried out on purpose. The occupation guidance is strengthened, such as establishing and improving the occupation guidance system and so on, in order to lay a solid foundation for integrating the students into society as soon as possible.
