摘要
随着集团公司的快速发展,财务风险管理方面的问题成为阻碍其进一步发展的主要因素之一。本文在分析集团公司财务风险的涵义与分类的基础上,着重探讨了集团公司财务风险的成因,结合集团公司的特点,提出构建集团公司的财务风险控制体系的思路。
With the rapid development of the group, issues in financial risk management become one of the main factors to hinder its further development. Based on the analysis of the meaning and classification of financial risk in group, the paper focused on the causes of the financial risk in group, and proposed thinking on building financial risk control system with characteristics of group.
