摘要
心肌细胞表达的葡萄糖转运蛋白(GLUTs)主要为GLUT—1和GLUT-4。GLUT-1主要调节组织细胞的基础葡萄糖需求,GLUT4则在胰岛素、AMP活化蛋白激酶(AMPK)及Ca2+等刺激存在时,发挥转运葡萄糖的作用。糖尿病时心肌细胞GLUT-1和GLUT-4的表达及转位减少,其变化主要受血糖、晚期糖基化终末产物和缺血、缺氧状态的影响,同时受胰岛素、AMPK和Ca2+等信号通路的调节。上述多种因素共同调节糖尿病状态下心肌细胞GLUT-1、GLUT-4-表达的变化及葡萄糖的摄取。
Glucose transporter (GLUTs) expressed in myocardial cells are mainly GLUT-1 and GLUT-4. GLUT-1 mainly regulates basic glucose requirement in histiocytes,while GLUT-4 transports glucose in the presence of the insulin, AMP-activated protein kinase (AMPK) and Ca2+ , etc. The expression and translocation of GLUT-1 and GLUT4 were reduced in diabetic myocardial cells,which were mainly affected by blood glucose, advanced glycation end products,ischemia, hypoxia, as well as insulin, AMPK and Ca2 + signal pathways. Multiple factors that mentioned above regulate the expression of GLUT-1 and GLUT-4, and glucose uptake in diabetic myocardial cells.
