摘要
目的本文通过对医师培训ICD必要性的分析,探讨综合性医院对医师进行ICD相关知识的培训以提高编码质量。方法采取多学科医师集中培训、专业学科分开培训、因人而异个别辅导等多种形式培训ICD相关知识。结果通过开展培训工作,使临床医师摒弃传统的思维定势,了解疾病和手术分类的结构和编码原则,在书写诊断和手术操作时更准确、更全面、更具体。结论对临床医师开展ICD规范化培训并形成长效机制,对确保单病种临床路径和医保工作的顺利完成起到一定的积极作用,为DRGs在我国的推广打下坚实的基础。
Objectives Through analysis on necessity of ICD training for doctors,this paper discusses the related knowledge about ICD for doctors in comprehensive hospital to improve coding quality.Methods It applies forms like centralized training of multi-subject doctors,separation training for professional subjects,and individual tutorship for different people to train related knowledge about ICD.Results Through development of training,clinicians could banish traditional thinking tendency to know about the structure of disease,operation classification and coding principles,for more correct,more comprehensive and more concrete when writing diagnosis and operation. Conclusions It plays positive role not only for ICD standardization training development to clinicians and long-term mechanism forming,but also for smooth accomplishment of mono-disease clinical pathway and medical insurance,which lay a solid foundation for DRGs extension in our country.
